MY STORY,
My MISSION

My name is Zita. I studied and worked as a Physical Therapist, while I went through a 12 years of personal and emotional transformation. Now, I’d love to share with you what I learned and what helped me the most.

Living in integrity with my heart is the most uplifting decision I have made. Over and over again. The moment I chose to be empowered over being a victim of my circumstances and took responsibility in every area of my life, made all the difference. Over and over again. 

 I have lived with anxiety all my life and suffered with depression for over 5 years in my early twenties, which led me to traditional therapy. Those years in therapy were very helpful, because I started to understand the connections between my problems and my childhood. However, the anxiety and fear of speaking up or being myself lingered around. 

Real improvement happened, when I started to invest into my well-being every day.

Spending time with myself in meditation, journaling or dancing daily, practicing radical honesty and looking into the shadow parts of my life, healing my inner child and transforming traumatic experiences all were parts of my healing journey. 

Most importantly I seek people who inspire me to grow, be more conscious and expand as a joyful and loving person. That being said, I could not have done this work alone. For years I found remedy:

  • In many different HEALING SESSIONS with amazing practitioners from the realm of hypnotherapy, energy healing, craniosacral therapy, theta-healing 
  • Learning non-violent communication and emotional processing to master my COMMUNICATION and not to cause more conflict.
  • Dancing weekly to EMBODY the change I create mentally and to release the stuck energy of trauma from my body. 
  • Meditation or breathwork daily to ANCHOR the change. 
  • Journaling to REFLECT on how I feel, what works and setting up intentions monthly.
  • Practicing SELF-LOVE, by crossing things off my bucket list and choosing to be intentional with my time.

During these years, I also completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in California. Being a physical therapist for over 6 years now made me realize how much physical manifestation of pain many times originates from emotional roots. Working with people is my natural state, my dharma and my passion, because  I admire all the life stories and all the unique power within each one of us. We have the power to ourselves and the collective.

Change is not easy and it doesn’t happen overnight, but it is ALWAYS worth it.

  • Evaluation of cardiovascular of cardiovascular fitness and any possible risk factors.

2. Week Health as a way of life

  • Pre-recorded educational videos and audio.
  • Group Video Call: sharing circle and breathing practice. 
  • Topic: Health as a mindset and the 3×3 pillars of health.
  • Tools: to soothe anxiety.

Yes, having a blood pressure monitor by hand to keep track of your measurements is necessary and also recommended if you are diagnosed with high blood pressure.

Yes, having high blood pressure requires constant monitoring by a physician. It is recommended to see a doctor four times a year to be able to keep the blood pressure controlled. If you’re planning to join the course make sure, you have consulted with your physician no longer than 3 months.




Yes, the practices and exercises will not interfere with the pharmaceutical medication.

No, you need to consult with your physician before you make any changes in your medication.

If you suffer from depression or you observe signs of hopelessness, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional. The tools, techniques and practices of the program help to find peace and clarity. If we consistently practice them, the more emotional resilience and mental clarity is gained, but they do not replace personal consultation with a mental healthcare professional.
